Office Policies
 
          ●  Our office is currently accepting new patients and emergencies.  We focus on
             family dentistry, treating both children and adults.  
 
         ●  Our office will bill many dental insurance plans for you. We do not bill  
              medical insurance nor medicare, but we can give you a properly coded form
              so that you can bill your own medical insurance, if needed.
 
         ●  Our office does require that all patient portions be paid at the time of service,
              Payment options are:
                               ●  Cash or Check
                               ●  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card
                               ●   Wells Fargo Financial interest free loan (upon credit approval)  
                               ●  Dental Fee Plan interest free loan (upon credit approval)  
                               ●  Care Credit interest free loan (upon credit approval) Please visit

                                   Please note that for interest free loan programs, we have same
                                   day approval and the application process is easy!  It can be
                                   done on-line or over the phone.  Please call our office for

         ●  When making an appointment, we reserve a set amount of time just
             for you. To avoid a fee, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice.              
 
          ●   If you are a new patient, it is helpful if you can obtain your xrays from your
                previous dentist prior to your appointment time.  Due to HIPPA laws, we are
             no longer able to obtain them for you.
 
        ●   We offer a 10% Discount for Seniors 65 and over.
